Color quality during copying (mp c2050)

Guys, do you have any idea on this problem. Using auto color/full color mode, some black texts become blue. Printing is fine. I cleaned the optics and lens of the sensor board unit but still same problem.

have you performed color calibration and a force line adjustment? have you cleaned laser glass?

Yes, I did auto Color calibration, process control, color registration, force line adjustment, cleaned the laser glass and force toner supply.
