The pallet is made of flash wood, light it on one corner and the pallet will burn away very quickly leaving the machine sitting on it's castors. Its in the manual.
    Seriously?

You are going to have to manhandle it off the pallet. There are layered cardboard supports under the machine that keep it from rolling. Usually takes a coupe of techs to lean it to one side as you remove the bottom supports.

You need one of these with two lifting straps around the handles of the copier....

The whole device folds away when not in use.

MP C6502 doesn't have handles. You would have to work the straps under the machine.

The lift-grip "U-shape" handles go into the lift position of the copier.

You will also need a "I -shape" spreader bar that goes above the copier when lifting.

This is where Ricoh can take lessons from HP.

All their large machines come with carboard (use once) ramps that helps one not having to lift the machine, but roll it off the palette.

We have a forklift in our warehouse. It works perfectly. No damage to equipment or employees. It is also perfect for stacking/unstacking inventory shipped in on pallets.

We use a tow motor to take it off the pallet
