    Ricoh pro 907ex: Admin password need to reset

    Hello Guys,

    Here I am again, I have just purchased used Ricoh Pro 907ex it is working great but my problem is the admin password need to reset. Nobody know the password and I can't change the network setting, Any other way to change the IP maybe an option if possible? Even the supervisor has problem as well.

    admin and supervisor password no access at all.

      Search the RICOH forums............ the password info has been posted numerous times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

              Hi,

              Usually the password for admin is admin or password. If your supervisor account has a password and you dont know it you'll have to replace the nvram on the board. No passing that.

                  First thing I would do is ask whoever you bought it from what the password is.

                      Your reply really appreciated guys, I already found the reset solution by using 143 special mode from the old posting.
