Ricoh MP 171 SPF Fax line "Hook down" Timeout ...

Hi Experts,

I had read the Servicemanual for the Ricoh MP 171 SPF some times, but I don't found any hint to change the timeout (Hook up time, before Hook down) for an incoming Fax.

I want switch on the Speaker to "hear" the ringing of an incoming fax. Thats ok. But sometimes, the Caller hangs up (like a phone call, not from a faxmachine). Then beeps
the Speaker on the Fax nearly ~40 Seconds! Do you have any idea which Switch is for the hook down time?

Maybe will help do SP6-101 in the "Fax SP" to print the system parameters, and check the settings.
Or ?? tools -> fax features -> General settings -> On Hook Release Time

yes, I did it in the past. But I don't find it. I suppose, that is a bit Switch, but I don't find the right.

The reason you are not finding it in the service manual is because it is a user setting.
