you guys are a bunch of DICKS. I recomended that this guy join this site and ask for this firmware. I am a contributing member of this site and have started to see a trend on here. bunch of trolls with thousands of posts. we dont have time to stalk people on this site. we both work for a toshiba dealer and spend most of our time fixing gear instead of being dicks to other members. this is the exact reason that SMARKA does not exist anymore. forget the firmware I have many friends in the copier buisness. just thought it would be a learning experiance for my friend to join and use this site. no end user is going to come on here and ask you for specific versions of firmware. or try to do this update themselves.
1000 plus posts what do you live on here? if you have nothing positive to add do not respond to the post. PERIOD. talk about punching someone in the gut ? come on by my place anytime pal and i will personally put you in your place . that is a guarantee

thats real nice nobody asked you i look all over this sit and see all of you helping people with 1 post and a lot of them are end users. i promise all of you i have repaired more copiers than all of you combined, we only come here when we get stuck, thats what this site is for and yes i have answered some questions myself. I contribute money to this site because i dont have time to contribute. IF YOU DONT HAVE ANYTHING CONSTRUCTIVE TO ADD STAY OFF THE THREAD I DONT WANT YOUR OPINION ABOUT WHAT I SHOULD DO. yea that's great you guys keep hanging on each others nuts, repping each other and liking each others posts 2500 posts 5000 posts how in the hell do you have time to go to work? you cant you spend all your time on here telling people that they are end users, and they are gonna take money out of your pocket when you get paid by the hour. ok everyone wants to pile on even people that were not involved. I don't work for Toshiba or ricoh I have owned my own copier business since 96 so 20 years on my own and look how much info I have looked for here. almost none. so have fun with your little clic. none of you would have had the balls to say any of this to my face. that's the way most children act when they can hide behind a computer or phone. so bring it . I know you enjoy this . does not hurt my feelings

ok what are you 70. I call bs . and I got the firmware and it was free. and they told me if I need anymore to let them know. from a former employee that I trained .
