MP 201 SC997

I just got in a MP 201 that as it is initializing it trows up a SC 997 after a couple minutes. Not able to enter Sp, Up any ideas, it also says selected function cannot be used (no function was selected) press cancel to use another function,(cancel button does nothing.

Check to see if you can get into WIM. If you can, login as admin and turn off SSDP.

Reload firmware.

If you can get into User Tools, stop JAVA. Also change default startup screen. Whatever it was set for is where the problem is.

It will not get far enough to do anything. Maybe if I do firmware with SD card it will get further?

If not then you have cratered the controller board.

I was able to access another machine and swap boards. It is in fact the controller board, thanks for your help.
