mpc5000 admin&supervisor pasword

hi all

i have ricoh mpc5000 its locked by password ..and password for admin&supervisor has been changed

when i want to do any setting its give massage (you don t have privilege to use this function )

is there any way to reset password without replace nvram

Login to special service mode (the one with 143) and execute SP 5-846-046. This will reset all password data and btw all address book data.

Sounds more like the admin restrictions have been turned on.

Go to User Tools > System Settings > Administrator Tools > Administrator Authentication Management, and make sure they are all turned off.
