Sounds like SP 3600-003 is set to the default which is 2: 1st Power On & Job End. Change it to 1: 1st Power On.

You could try send the jobs to the document server. File - Print - Properties - Job Type - Document Server.

After all jobs have been sent to the document server, you can then select them individually or all at the smae time and print them. The jobs will stay in the document server until you delete them or until the length of time set in user tool for auto delete. This allows you to see what work best as far as printing them from the Document server.

Send 1-2-3-4 to the document server as one job, then the next job and so on. Then select one job st a time and print it. Repeat of reach job. You get to determine the time between printing jobs.
