[Misc] ricoh 4503 Remote access issue

Hi Guys and Gals

Just trying to sort an issue out on behalf of one of my colleagues but can't seem to find where to change the settings.

When using remote access,it still allows users to copy and print thus not allowing for anything to be saved when remoting in.
Is there a way to change the setting so when you use remote access it locks out general use.

From what I read, you are wanting to restrict use of the control panel while you are than logged into WIM. If they are not using User Authentication, then as soon as you login to WIM, turn on User Authentication. If they are using User Authentication, change the type of authentication used. You will still get kicked out if someone logs in the User Tools.

Thanks Slimslob,

Can't change the authentication as how it is set up now is how the customer needs it to be set up,also it still happens when people try to print.

I thought their would be an easier solution
