panel no display , i have to change polygon unit assy and control board assy , now machine is work , how to do can get back with old meter reading ? need help , Apprecieate .

Put the NVRAM from the old controller board onto the new one. That will restore the counter and the non default settings. If the old NVRAM is no good there is nothing you can do about that.

Shure you didn't replace the BICU board?

yes i'm pretty sure he was talking about the bicu that you have to replace along with the poly motor. black screen with sc202 code showing in the background. c2000, c2500, c3000, c2800 and c3300. you have to swap little double eprom and reinput serial number for bicu.
