    i have light copy in the pro 1106 , when i do force toner supply the image became good for about 500k copy the start becoming light , also when i do toner supply i can found developer leak in the from the outer side of the DV unit .when i do TD sensor initial settings 2801 it complete with SC372 i changed the TD sensor , developer , set the image mode to pixel with no help .

    Sounds like you may have a dirty ID sensor. Check SP 3001 and SP 3103. If SP 3001 is above 100 the sensor is dirty. If SP 3001 is normal but SP 3103 reading are all 0 or all 5, the ID sensor needs to be replaced.

    Setting the image mode to pixel count should be done as a temporary fix while you are waiting for a new sensor, TD or ID. Pixel count by default will slowly under tone the developer. This is to avoid over toning and toner spewing.

      Any chance they just are not be running the machine as hard as required? At first blush that's what I thought it was. But you know far more about the Pro line than I do.
