    hello,
    i want reset my mpc 2011 admin/supervisor password .
    i have try on sp mode 5755

    5755 [Display Setting] 001 Disp Administrator Password Change Scrn CTL
    [- / - / -]
    [EXECUTE]
    Executing this SP displays the administrator/supervisor password change screen at the next
    startup.

    but i press execute displayed " failed "
    what can i do ?

      Login to WIM as supervisor. There should be no password. There is only one thing that supervisor can do, change the admin name/password.

          Baris, what you are trying to do is just enable the 'force admin setup' that is generally used on new devices to require that the tech/user changes the default 'admin' w/ no password. Since it has already been changed, it fails.

          *fyi to everyone else, I gave Baris the method to reset the authentication when he corresponded to me in a separate email.
