    [Misc] C2020 Menu Protect

Customer has this Savin C2020 and can't change default settings. (example. tray 1 paper type) I'm not a savin or ricoh tech but I know there is a menu protect section. How do I get to this to change settings.
    thx in advance!

Is it menu protect or is admin authentication enabled? Does the customer get a message saying "you do not have the privileges to use this function"?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Admin authentication is enabled. When you press the "User Tools" button, press the little key button under the large green power button on the right hand side of the ops panel. The machine will ask you for a username and password. The standard login is admin with no password. Try that. If it says "Authentication has failed", someone has changed the admin password. Try then logging in as supervisor with no password. If that works go to "User Tools / System Settings / Administrator Tools / Program/Change Administrator". Select Administrator 1. Select "Change Password". Click OK four times. The admin password should now be reset and will let you log in with the standard credentials. Then, you can change whatever settings you like. If it does't work, post back
