I have a MP 4002 with an unusual fax problem. When a mutli-page fax is received, the machine will print page one and then repeat the last line of page one onto a second sheet of paper. Same with page two, a repeat of last lines are printed on the next page, so that a 2 page fax turns into 4 pages, with page 2 and 4 having nothing but the last lines from page 1 and 3 across the top of page with the rest blank. I tried turning on auto reduction(RX) in the parameter settings, to no avail. This is wasting paper, and frustrating customer and tech alike. It's as if the machine is seeing an A4 size fax, with only LTR in the drawer. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
