    Could some kind person on here tell how in the hell you get into the service on SP C252

        With all due respect, I wish I knew why Ricoh keeps on making these 2x2 series machines. It is one of the worst engine designs and they keep at it??

          I HAVE to agree.
          I have one of these at home and it works great for a home office environment but I rarely see them in that environment.
          Most of the ones that I attend are in Fruit packing sheds or mechanic workshops and they struggle to do the job.
          In a pristine area they're ok

            I think the design philosophy was "quantity has a quality all it's own" Wouldn't be surprised if they make good money off the crappy AIO cartridges too.

            I hate servicing them.
