Tech has rebuilt Fuser Unit on Ricoh MPC6502 and when put back in- he now gets the message " Fusing Unit set incorrectly":

Is the fuser actually set correctly? Sorry, we can't see it. Other than that, check all the connections that were even slightly disturbed during the rebuild. Just a guess, but it is likely one of them is insufficiently connected (there is a surprisingly small difference between a fully seated connector and one that is not after all).

Yep had this before, check the IH coil connector it will not be plugged in correctly to the harness.

More than likely they have broken the clip that holds it in place
