Latest Firmware for Aficio MP3300

Hi! I'm having problems with Mac OS X and paper size. On any print job that the mac device sends, even if select the right paper type, the printer just select default paper.

Some people suggest me to update the firmware and test it. I already installed Mac OS X drivers.

How can I get the upgraded firmware?

MP C 3300.

Does the MP 3300 have PostScript installed? If not you have to use the Generic PCL profile on the MAC.

You buy P/S 3 Card from a dealer, and while you're on the phone with them have them about that, have them quote you on that firmware update you're so interested in.

User Tools - Printer. If there is a PS3 tab in has Postscript.

if your machine has PS3,you can ck by going printer feature via user tools.
if you dont see PS EITHER IN CONFIG PAGE OR on screen then you dont have it..
i have tried printing via mac to ricoh without PS card and usually you dont get any prints,or printer isnt found..
i might have a tested PS3 card for sale,gotta check

Nope it doesn't have
