Don't have a Ricoh with a fax in our shop to test so hopefully someone out there might have an answer for me. Customer just wants to have a confirmation if it went through or not when the use the Lan Fax driver.

Yes, as long as the mfp is properly configured to send emails (smtp info). -

Yup. As stated, if e-mail is set up just set the forwarding setting to the e-mail destination you want and - viola!! You can also choose if you want to print and forward or just forward.Comment
