Ricoh 4501A Fax Confirmation to Email

    Dear All,

I have been trying to figure out how to get the fax confirmation to email. I have tried using the manual but it is not the best TBH.

I have already set up the fax to email. However, I am unable to set up the fax confirmation. It keeps saying fax confirmation to email problem.

I would be grateful if you advise how to properly set up

    Thanks in advance.

There's a video nugget. Search confirming transmission results by email.

You need to put in the admin email and turn on use default sender in File transfer

Sorry, you need to be a tech for a US dealer to use my first link. Try this one.

User Tools, System Settings, Flie Transfer Tab, input admin email address and turn auto specify sender to 'on'

Thanks so much. That was very tricky to set up.

One more thing anyway to have the attachments of what I have sent as a pdf on the transmission confirmation email?

                    Thanks
