Ricoh MP3352

Hi,

Got 2 MP3352's with both a problem using the WIM.
When entering the adresbool page I get an blanc page.
All the other entry's working fine, all securitiy item are open . .
I can only enter new adresses using the operation panel.

Someone a clue here ?

Allows address book access to all users not just admin

What about formatting the HDD.

No, not yet.
As I said, I can enter a new user by Operation panel, so there's nothing wrong with the HDD.
It must be the WIM . . . .
There is no error displayed, there just an empty screen when using the adress book in WIM

What about formatting the HDD.
Have you done that yet?

Someone did an NV ram or memory all clear on these units?

You might get your hands on a "non-default" SMC page of a working machine and compare all controller/marketing area etc... related settings with your faulty ones.

Are you using internet explorer to log into WIM? Try using chrome or Firefox.
