    Ricoh Devices not Printing after KB3172614 and 3179574

    Hi all

    A few Cases are dropping in here regarding KB3172614 and KB3179574.

    After installing those Updates the Printserver is no more sending the Printjobs to the Printer. I can see em in the Printer Queue of the Server but they never get to the Printer itself. Unfortunately i didn`t had the time to check if it`s the first or the second causing the issue. But a deinstallation of both of em got anything back to normal and all Printers working again.

    This article describes the update rollup for Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 that's dated July 2016.

    It's so easy. Reinstall the first update and if printing is successful, the second update is the reason. If not, the first update is faulty. If you have no time to test, do not install the updates. Maybe the are not so important.

    well that was what i will do as soon i got the Time to test. It`s a Customer who is having this Problem. Imagine that these are late updates for 2012SRV. So could be that i will be forced to handle lot`s of those cases.
