I had this error today on an MP6002. SC547 is thermistor related on this model (pinched/broken wire, bad). Found a scrap of construction paper behind the fuser jammed up on the inside rear frame where the locating pin from the fuser (upper left) locks into to. This prevented the rear harness plug of the fuser from fully engaging the connector in the rear frame.
You could also have paper scraps in the connector that you may not see with just a cursory look. Check the connector closely with a flashlight for any thing that may be preventing connection. It only takes a small piece on the right pin to give you this problem.Comment
