If you were a tech I would say try replacing the pressure roller's thermistor (Part 9 - AW10 0074) and to update the firmware as there is SC552 mis-detection/timing change.

Critical Error Reset
Actually, you are not in need to enter a Special SP mode to reset an error on Ricohs... Just enter Service Mode (Yellow Key, 1, 0, 7, Hold Stop Key until it gets into Service Mode), then Power off, wait 10 sec and Power on
