I have a photograph Ricoh MP301 there is no English language How do I add the English language and how to get the service manual.

You can select the languages available when you install the Language firmware.

You have an authorized Ricoh service tech install it for you or if there is none in your area, contact Ricoh support directly and see if they will send you the firmware and instructions for installing it.

I think there is a misunderstanding.

you do no need to install firmware on MP301... you just need to select the language in the administrator tools.
