[Error Code] Mp 5000 error code sc440 sometimes

Dear all,

One of mp 5000 machine showing error sc440 sometimes, i changed drum and developer unit together , Also i changed transfer belt unit and power pack unit, Pls suggest guide anybudy have suggestions

Transfer belt bias error
The feed back bias from the transfer belt is more than 4V for 60 m sec while the transfer belt bias is output. The A/D conversion level is 20 or less for 60 msec. The PWM duty is 24% or more for 60 m sec.

SD card inserted is faulty or your controller is faulty

your issue has nothing to do with an SC440 ... please start your own thread or search CTN for your topic

* SD card not inserted correctly
* SD card defective
* Controller board defective
