    Is that a print job or a copy?
    If it's a print job, I would say it's a driver issue.

        uninstall drivers from PC, install latest drivers from Ricoh, make sure it's not running some windows class driver.

          If it is only printer, clear printer function memory and format printer portion of HDD. Otherwise, BICU or laser.

                When you print test page from sp mode do you get the same fault
