    Bad Print On Ricoh 5002SP

    Salve a tutti

    Hello everyone

I have a very strange problem with a RICOH MP 5002

The problem 'in the PCU Group, one containing the drum, with another PCU the problem does not occur

I changed DRUM - CHARGING ROLLER - BLADE CLEANING, cleaned everything internally but the prints come out so ':

I'm 'going crazy I can not understand what it could be.

It looks very much like the drum cleaning blade has flipped.
I would take the drum out, dust it with some toner, reinstall and rotate it by hand to check that the blade is cleaning the drum properly.

      Hi
if you hand I rotate the defect does not occur, and the drum can not 'be reversed, only it goes in one direction

      :-(

When you have the PCDU removed from the machine, you can rotate the drum in either direction. Remove the drum from the PCU, clean the edge of the cleaning blade, coat it and the drum with lubricant power, out the drum back in and use your thumbs the turn the drum. This problem can also happen when you use non Ricoh parts and supplies.
