Hi there!
The greatest problem was the guide-plate over the fusing-unit. On 1/4 of our machines, the guide was bent, so we have to order new ones. After sending the bent parts (production was bad!) it looks OK now. Another problem is the new toner, which goes on the tip of the stripper-pawls in the fuser, producing awful noise. Changing them to the pawls of the 2020series the noise disapears.
