. MP c5503 scan to USB thumb drive

Customer is experiencing USB device not recognized display when trying to scan to USB thumb drive.
This might be a silly question, but I am unable to find the information on the product support guide.
What is the maximum size USB thumb drive that can be used in the media slots?

Please note if pen is formatted in FAT32. And do not risk to use a pen with a lot of storage capacity ... I have an older 2Gb that works in all devices. I have others that are not compatible in some equipment and in other devices work fine... who knows how...

I have a 4GB drive that works in most machines, and I think my 8GB works too, but currently it is NTFS so I cannot test it.

This isn't relevant to your model, but on the older ones, you had to enable USB devices in Scanner SP and Printer SP, before they can be recognised. (Look for Media device / Media print, or something like that).

I carry a 128gb flash and I have never had a problem scanning to it or printing from it.

Curiously one of my colleagues called me to report that an equipment was not recogning the Sd Card. After much insistence I decided to open the function (printer) and then put the SD card. Like this way it recognized and read the files.
I did not have time to see if there are any firmware or ROM updating (my SOP v2 equipment) to correct this...
