[Misc] Jack Henry software for banking & Citrix

Hello I have a 8075 located at a bank. The client is considering upgrading to a 9002 but is concerned about software compatibility.Has anyone had any trouble with Citrix or Jack Henry software for banking communicaing with a Ricoh copier. Currently they have mostly HP's for the jobs they perform. Printing to a Ricoh doesn't seem to be a problem, not sure about scanning. Any help is always appreciated.

Not a clue what that software is but Ricoh's don't have any issues printing with Citrix. If you can give some more details as to what the other machine does, i.e. method of scanning etc, might be able to advise you a bit better.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Sadly, at this point it's not even worth reporting the posts as spam.
