[Error Code] SC555 and jam at D2

Greetings everyone.

Has anyone come across this issue on a Ricoh Charis (MPC6502/8002). SC555 intermittently but very often. The manual says pressure roller thermopile error but fuser unit has been replaced and error still coming up . I swapped fusers around and currently machine displays jam at D2 (fuser exit) even if I put the old fuser back. Bulletin out to replace eprom on BCU which I followed without any success. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
