mpc3003 not printing from nic

hi all

i have problem in ricoh mpc 3003 it was printing via lan and its working fine

but now its not print via lan just in USP and its printing use flash memory

i checked cable and ip and every think is good

Check that SP 5985-001 is set to 1.

Check User Authentication. Depending on the settings for printing, USB printing can be allowed without a valid authentication.

Clear Web Service and NCS memory, SP 5801-010 and SP801-011.

One other thing that I have encountered if you are on a large corporate network with manageable switches is that printing is not allowed to the network jack to which you are connected.

Did you connect your Pc or your Laptop to the copier viacrossover cable to see if you can print directly to it without using yourserver or switch ?
Also , you can set up the print driver manually and create anew TCP/IP port to print directly to the copier using a local print driver notthe server
