SC 819 while trying to update system copy on D104 model

Ok so I have a D104 or MP C2051 model, arrived with issue of not waking up from energy save mode so I break out the firmware and try to run a normal update like have done on 100 of this model before. During the update which i did just system copy to start, it gets to the part of showing system copy and the progress dots about 5 seconds into that it clicks and codes SC 819. I retried normally, i tried with a 2gb card, and 128mb card, i tried reformatting both sd cards and putting a fresh copy of system/copy only no other rom, i tried with HDD unhooked, i tried reseating the controller and the controller nvram and the ram cards, i tried without the fax option, i tried with out both the fax option and hdd and nothing worked it will not fully start or complete the system copy rom update.

now it is stuck i cant update but i cant boot up without it error out that it wants the sd card to complete the update so its a dead machine as is, this is the first time i have had a machine code while doing a rom update so I am not sure what other ways to try to complete the rom update. I was thinking of swapping the controller with a shop machine, but I was thinking this is that one model that wont accept a used controller it has to be one that has not been installed in another machine correct me if i am wrong, am I going to have to replace the nvramm on the controller or bcu.

Any thoughts on what to try?

    EDIT
Also the code that comes up is:

    SC819
    696E
    0x69742064

just like that on the screen.
Trying to boot to normal operation it says:

    Reboot after card insert. E32
    DIC15a_system Card No.:1/2.

If the machine got a misread on the first attempt, you need to have the same modules as on the card you used initially. The misread could have been due to either a bad card or a bad firmware module on the card. Using either a 512 MB or 1 GB formatted with the Panasonic format utility. Download a fresh set of all the same firmware that you had on the SD card originally and place on the SD card. On booting up, it should recover installing the module that failed. When it has finished, reboot again with the SD card in and check if everything is now up to date.

I had the same issue and I had to replace the NVRAM from BICU. It was a wrong firmware ( in my case it was an ARDF firmware). I had to replace the BICU Nvram and the ARDF PCB.
