yes, i can login and i can acess to wim, but do not have any configurations to smb/ftp/email. i already config to twain, but the customer want smb or email

The MP C 2030 is a stripped down model. No Scan to email. No scan to folder. From the Product Support Guide:

D037 Lanier LD 520CL, Ricoh MP C2030, Savin C9020L
Includes Duplex, Bypass, ADF, Printer/Network Twain Scanner/Fax, 512MB Ram RPCS Only!

There is an enhanced printer option to add PCL printing but no Printer/Scanner option.

I would think the address book would only be for user codes and fax.

No. On those with full scanning function it is also for email and folder addresses.

I meant on the 2030, as he mentioned that it had an address book, but it was missing the scan features.
