ricoh pro907ex folding top corner when duplexing

I have ricoh pro907ex copiers that are folding corner(corner is folded back towards side2) on non operator side when duplexing. I have taken duplex unit completely apart and did not find any problem with any parts in the duplex unit. the problem goes away for a few days then late it starts doing it again. I also rechecked fuser exit and found no problems in those parts. Any help on this issue will be appreciated. Thanks.

I have had the ribs on the plastic guide plates and cause this. Usually smoothing it down will correct it with out having to replace.

Codex is right. Try cleaning with Alcohol or replace if cleaning does not help.
One more thing try to reduce Fuser temperature.
