    MP4002 WITH SC396 ERROR

    replaced drum drive motor and check the pcu for any drags but no luck. ideas appreciated. thanks

      Was this the part no you replaced AX060415 ??
      I would check the motor in output mode,then use the P2P manual to check the voltages to the motor from the IOB

          Check to see if the cleaning blade is flipped. If the second cleaning blade is installed, remove it. If code is not corrected replace the IOB.

              try to lubricate the drum with setting powder then rotate it for the cleaning blade will engage properly with the drum...
              fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

                  When you checked the PCU for drag were you turning the drum or the drive coupling for the paddle shaft? Error for binds/drag on the paddle motor is SC324

                      i had the pcu and the dev units seperated and spun the drum manually and felt good.
