    mpc2500 black - grey image

First b&w copy (or counter outprint) - when returned from customer - was almost blanco.
Color copy with black converted to Y, M or C where all ok...
Then I made a full color copy A3 and black was perfect, only for the first outprint; all second copy's black was grey.
After cleaning the optics the first black copy was perfect, second copy less, third more less, etc...
    I did sp21113 than 1 (2x)...
Again, perfect for only one copy (or print).
Swaped the pcDu with a good one and the ITB, no good.
So, gentlemen... I'm curious what you are going to suggest....

Remove laser shutter and disable the presence of laser shutter in sp mode. That should sort it.
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

      Leo, you are wright.
Strange, because if there are problems with this shutter, sc290-297 would pop up, but that isn't the case.
Also, I can't locate the shutter sensors in the machine serv man on page 783 (digit).
      .
But for the time being, this machine is fixed (yes, it's an oldie).
This is a really good website, I will contribute in a while.
      Thank you once again!
      Greetings,
      Mark

I wouldnt worry about location of the sensors as its usually a bad movement of the shutter assy that causes this. That's why it is best to remove it when this happens.

        All the best.
