Ricoh MPc4501 exit section paper wraps

I had asked this question once before and tried the suggestions. The machine is doing it again and I'd thought I would ask again.
MPc4501, the paper (white, 20lb) wraps around the foam exit roller when making duplex prints. The paper is running short direction. I have replaced the entire exit assembly and set the machine to decurl (whatever that does).
    Any suggestions?

So where exactly it wraps up? does it have bridge unit or just a inner tray. It is doing while short edge or long edge.

I have to throw in about the paper quality or moisture content of the paper.

If it doesn't jam running it 8 1/5 lead edge, it is the paper quality.

If all paper was the same, why are there different prices for it?

      Ricoh recommends Hammermil.

All the accounts I have had in the past have less problems when they spend a few more bucks for the paper they use. Cheap paper results in massive jamming.

If the machine is in a high humidity area, tape some dessicant packs to the side of the paper drawers.

I run one piece of paper with no image on it and check the height of the curl.
Anything more than 1/2 inch or 10 MM curl will not work when duplexing.
      The duplex gate is non-adjustable.
I recommend taking a ream of good paper to the account an proving that it is a variable that matters.
Run the ream in service mode with no image the run a ream of their paper.
I will am sure the ream you brought will run better than the cheap stuff.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
