I just acquired one of these from a university surplus auction and I am unable to access the web settings. I've tried admin/supervisor with no pass and 'password' with no username and none work. Any help getting this thing reset back to factory default would be appreciated

Make sure all settings (ip address, gate way, dns,..) for your machine are correct.
Make sure the ip address is unique.

The only thing that supervisor can do is change the admin credentials.
