PB3040 issue

    PB3040 issue

    i have one that tray 3 will occassionally (10 minutes or so), show empty and lower and lift and show paper again.

    i have replaced tray, lift motor and pcb, updated firmware.

    the only thing i havent replaced is harnesses or feed unit.

    anyone seen this before?

      Maybe the paper endfeeler is out of position allowing the paperendsensor gives a false positive?

          think i got it! appears at the moment to be corrected.

          the paper size switch mounted to the frame on back left side, replaced it and as of right now, no more cycling

              You got it. One section of the switch is the drawer open sensor.
