This one customers machine is receiving their faxes to file instead of imeadietly printing them out . I checked the settings and do not see where ive gone wrong .any Ideas anyone ?

Check this setting:
User Tools > Fax > Key Op > Received File Settings (can be switched between "print" or "store")
I only know the german wording so it's translated by me and may appear not 100% like this but I'm shure you will find this setting. -
Is it forwarding at the same time its printing? If that is the case and you don't want it to print, go to the parameter setting, sw 11 bit 6 change from 1 to 0.Comment
