    why got print error using mac to ricoh multifunctions?

    When print from mac for locked print. it show error as attached in the picture.

    Anybody have any idea why is it like tat?

      Does the machine have the Postscript option fitted?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Check if it the machine has the postscipt option installed.

          You can try to change the driver on the MAC PC/Laptop to "Generic PCL" . That might help
