    out of focus ricoh MP C6501

    I have Mpc6501, when printing is best quality but copy is out of focus, blurred, look like lacks toner.
    My customer said that it very blear.

    I changed 3 531 1 to 370 but it not better. I have cleaned exposure glass, lamp, and len.
    Thanks in advance for any assistance!

      Clean the optics, including all the mirrors and the glass under the white reference. Cycle power so that white reference is scanned. Run ACC in user tools.

          YES, I HAD CLEANED VERY CAREFUL, ACC is good image and scan ok, but copy is not darker.

          I m going to talk another code, i think so! can you please help me?
