[Misc] Ricoh Pro C700Ex Address Book Entry Missing

Any idea what would cause address book entries to be visible in the WIM, but not on the copier destination list or address book management page?
12 registered address in the WIM, 1 on the machine.
Manual (from the touchscreen) entry works fine, and is retained but i would rather not enter in 100 addresses from the touchscreen if possible.

    Thanks

Does this machine have a Fiery on it?

Those addresses wouldn't be in the machine's alphabetical folders rather than the common folder?

I am assuming that by destination list you are referring to either scan function or fax function. If an entry is only for user code or other authentication and does not have an entry for fax or scanning destination, it will not show in those functions.
