3224c connectivity

ok, i can print and wim into the machine, but cant ping. trying to install a program on the computer that looks for that printer and it cant find it either.

i know i'm probably overlooking something, but cant put my finger on it.

suggestion?

Firewall... probably blocking ICMP protocol.

Turn off the firewall an internet security software until finishing testing or installing. Then allow the new program(s) through the firewall.
