    Discontinuation Date LD 260

I was asked by my manager if I could find the discontinuation date for the LD260 (MP6000), I checked Ricoh's site, found some info in the cross reference section, but the date for discontinuation was n/a. I was hoping someone could direct me to any documentation of when this machine was discontinued.

    Thanks in advance,

    Marc

This document can also be found by going to TSRC, select Reference Materials on the left, scroll down to Documents and select Period of Assured Parts & Field Support.

I'm sure that's true, but not for us "have nots"

September 2016 was the end of parts availability for this old dude.

Period of Assured Parts & Field Support does not necessarily mean that that is when you can no longer get parts. It is the date when Ricoh intends to stop production of parts unique to that model. Since by law they have to make them available up to that date, what they have in inventory will continue to be available. Just once exhausted, there will be no restocking.

              Very true.

I remember getting Canon parts many years ago long past the cutoff date.
