RICOH mpc 3500 FIRMWARE

Have a machine that has been in my warehouse for a couple months but was working in October when I last tested it. Sold it and went to clean and test it and got an error sc 990 Memory or software error I read a post that suggested there may be a firmware patch I have a ricoh SD card but need the actual firmware.
