SP5100N MIB OID for serial number?

I don't actually expect anyone to actually know this but I will give it a shot anyhow...

I have a client we installed a new fleet of Ricoh devices into, including a couple legacy SP5100N units. I know these were OEM'd by Samsung and am having an issue getting them reporting properly via the client's @Remote appliance, one of the newer RCGA2 devices. The appliance firmware is up to date at 1.0.4. They show up with the MAC address rather than their serial number in Centre System.

From the reading I have done, it looks like I can program the RCGate with the specific MIB OID for these devices so they report properly. The issue for the client is that we end up requesting manual meter reads because we identify a device by serial number only for billing purposes.

Any chance anyone knows the required OID for the serial number already for these devices? If not, I will have to see if a utility like SNMPwalk can get that information.

Try smartmonitor for admin from ricoh is older but i think will work
"SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin Accounting Report Package is a client PC based software which allows users to create an accounting report based on user, section or device usage.
This simple cost management solution allows users to manage document output cost to reduce their Total Cost of Ownership." you need the SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin Accounting Report Package

But is discontinued and the successor of the "SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin", isDevice Manager NX Lite

Thank for trying, but no, that is not anywhere near what I need.

The SP5100N is supposed to be compatible with @Remote for meter reads only via an appliance and that is what I am trying to achieve.

Re: SP5100N MIB OID for serial number?

Just for reference, the full MIB OID for the SP5100N is:

        1.3.6.1.4.1.236.11.5.1.1.1.4.0

With the bolded part the bit I needed. It now reports the serial in the MIB Serial column instead of some other line of crap. Got this via SNMPwalk.

It still shows the MAC address in the usual serial number column, so if there are any @Remote gurus out there with any fresh ideas I am listening...
