Sorting on a3 paper (mp c30003sp)

The finisher is working fine when sorting A4 paper.But when A3 paper is used, the machine will indicate "REMOVED PAPER IN THE FINISHER TRAY. If i copy two sets of two originals, one set will come out then the error will occur. The error cannot be reset unless you reboot the machine. Any idea how to resolve the problem?

make 3 copies with 3 A3 originals via ADF.
Select sort.
Does this work?
