I am trying to repair a ricoh sp-C232DN with the following error message "SC543".The display is locked on that message, and I have not found a key combination to unlock it or to enter into service mode. I also tried to turn the printer on and hold together the up and down arrow for several seconds.
Reading various guides have also made access with access code "Admin074" by network with "smart organizing monitor " then [User Tools]> [Printer Setup]> [sp mode2] and clicked on [Fuser SC Reset]. After clicking you see a print queue in Windows, but the printer does not get it and the display does not change anything, still blocked.
The network connection is ok, I can see all configuration and toner state
Does anyone know how to send the Fuser reset for the SP-C232DN?
